El Cuarto Rojo

Founded by contemporary circus artists, El Cuarto Rojo is a circus, movement, and yoga studio located at the Ciudad del Saber gymnasium in Panama City. The studio offers multilevel classes in aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial hammock (gota), Air Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Body Harness Movement, flexibility, and general movement training for adults, teens, and children as young as four. Beyond regular classes, the space hosts workshops with international artists, artistic residencies, rehearsals, performances, and private events. Reservations are managed through the wstudio app.
