Classic Pilates

A classical Pilates studio at the Panama Design Center in Costa del Este, Panama City, exclusively dedicated to traditional method training. Under the technical direction of Mariano Dolagaray — affiliated with Romana’s Pilates, The Pilates Studio Brasil, and True Pilates New York — 14 certified instructors guide clients on a full suite of Empower Pilates apparatus, including Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs, and Ladder Barrels. Private, duo, group, and master classes are available, with flexible package pricing to suit different levels and goals.
