Bloom Early Education, City of Knowledge
Description
This early education center in the City of Knowledge is part of Bloom Early Education, a group that cares for children from babies through the preschool years. Its program is based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, with the idea that every child learns differently.
Reggio Emilia Approach: Children learn through seeing, hearing, and doing, in a setting designed to encourage self-directed learning.
Habits of Mind: The program works on thinking skills and positive attitudes, so children learn how to respond when they face a problem or something new.
English, Math, and STEAM: Subjects are taught in English, along with math and STEAM-based enrichment programs.
Project Work: Children explore topics through hands-on projects built around their own questions.
Care From 2 Months: The Discoverer Babies group takes babies from 2 to 17 months, with full-day and half-day options. Older groups are Brave Explorers, Little Scientists, Creative Creators, and Young Leaders.
Trained Teachers: Teachers are trained in positive discipline, Habits of Mind, the Singapore curriculum, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
For families who want one place that covers infant care and preschool, Bloom also has a branch in Panama Pacifico.
