Description
A Panama City yoga studio founded in 2016 by Maya and Edwin. There are two locations: one in Casco Viejo and one near Parque Urraca.
Classes cover Vinyasa, Core, Hatha, and Yin. All are taught in English by a professional team. Sessions cap at 15 students, so everyone gets personal attention.
Online classes are available worldwide. The studio also runs workshops and retreats. There is a 14-day yoga challenge for people who want a set goal. Membership options are flexible.
